TELLMAN secured a contract of Ring Back Tone (RBT) as first VAS involving our expertise in developing a platform that generates high revenues with high best content tailored to the Libyan Society. The project was delivered on time and in a professional way with training of Al Madar staff members. The service was contracted in revenue share model.
